535 Distilling was founded to provide outstanding whiskey to distilleries and brands around the world.
Built around a stout 44-inch column still from Specific Mechanical, our planned 120,000sf production & warehouse facilities have the ability to produce and store the product you need to ensure the liquid pipeline for your brand.
535 Distilling has completed Phase 1 planning and expects to announce its location soon. Our facility is expected to be operational in 2025.

Bulk Whiskey Production
535 Distilling provides bulk distillation for bourbon (including wheated and high rye), rye, single malt, and blended whiskies. We can also work with you to create a custom mash bill to fit your exact needs.
Custom Mashbills & Blending
If you require a more specific recipe for your whiskey product, we can use your existing mashbill or work with you to create a new one.
Warehousing
We have 60,000sf of warehouse space to age your barrels on site until you are ready to arrange for them to be picked up and delivered to you.
Bottling & Packaging
535 Distilling can offer your distillery a full array of bottling, labeling, and packaging services. We can also temporarily store your packed pallets until you are able to have them delivered to your facility.
